Terms & Conditions

Reception Hours: 14:00 - 22:00

Check-In: 15:00 - 22:00

• Arrivals outside check-in hours must be arranged with staff at least 48 hours in advance. A late check-in fee will apply after 22:00.

Check-Out:  by 11:00 hrs. Self-check-out instructions will be provided during check-in.

Quiet Hours:  22:00 - 08:00

Payment:

• Prices are listed in Czech Koruna (CZK). Full payment, including taxes, is due at check-in.
• Card payments (except American Express) and cash payments in CZK are accepted.
  
  

City Tax: Guests aged 18+ must pay 50 CZK per person, per night, upon arrival.

No-Shows: The full reservation amount, plus applicable taxes, will be charged for no-shows.

Security Deposit:

• Upon arrival, a credit card is required for a security deposit of 200 CZK per set of keys. The deposit will be refunded on the day of your check-out.
• Groups (8+ guests) require a 400 CZK per person deposit.  This deposit covers adherence to house rules, including quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00, the cost of two keys per room, and any potential damages during your stay

Registration Form:

All guests aged 16+ must complete the registration form.

Special Room Requests:

Requests (e.g., bed preferences) must be made at least 48 hours before arrival and are subject to availability.

Valuables and Safety:

The hostel is not responsible for valuables not stored in the reception safety deposit box.

Lockers:

Dormitory rooms have lockers where you can secure your luggage with your own padlock or you can buy/rent one from reception.

Age Restrictions:

• Minors (under 18) are not allowed in dorm rooms.

Admission Rights:

The hostel may deny entry to anyone acting aggressively, intoxicated, or posing a threat to staff or guests.

Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed in private rooms with prior staff approval.

No Smoking:

Smoking is prohibited inside the building.

Accessibility:

Please note that our reception, rooms, and common spaces are only accessible via stairs, and there is no elevator available. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Parking:

No on-site parking. Book parking at www.mrpark.com with code Cab102 for a 10% discount.

The first night's deposit is non-refundable. However, guests have the option to reschedule for a new date within the next 6 months, and the deposit will be applied towards the new reservation. Please note that this option is only available if guests contact us at least 48 hours prior to the original check-in date. This offer is not valid for no-shows.
